For over 20 years JCM Property Management, LLC has owned, supervised
and managed properties and projects that would include: Property
Management, On & Off site Project Management and Construction
Management. Included in those duties is full service Land
Use Development, such as permitting and infrastructure
construction. I have met with mayors, councilmen, engineers
and internal staff members from city, county, state and federal
agencies to obtain the necessary permits and approvals needed
for my projects.
We have supervised projects as large as infrastructure extension projects
one mile to the production line, and as small as a public restroom renovation.
Property Management projects as small as a 6,000- square foot office building
and multi building office complexes. We have successfully represented ourselves
in land use hearings.
